Smooch Returns Policy

• We at Smooch want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not please return the item with proof of purchase within 14 days and we will exchange or refund it.
• We will refund any delivery charges shown on your proof of purchase provided you return the full order
• Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy on line or by phone your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. 
• It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care when returning them.
• For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or supply a refund for any products that have been used.

• Always return goods in the original and undamaged packaging
• Write the quantity of items you are retuning on the delivery note
• Enclose completed delivery note in the package you are returning

• If it is a straight forward return/exchange the money/new product will be sent out to you within 14 working days provided the products have been returned un-used and un-damaged.
• It the product is faulty we will look into it and contact you within 30 working days.
